With a fun, welcoming environment shaped by passionate and experienced teachers in - and outside - our spacious studio, our mission is to create a safe, accessible and supportive space that, through yoga, helps people improve their lives physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We hope to not only teach, inspire and guide our students, but to connect people and learn from them as well, and in this way build a true yoga community.

Yoga in the Park
Join area yoga studios and teachers for free classes every Tuesday at Noon in June, July and August in Prescott Park, Marcy Street, Portsmouth, New Hampshire. All classes last for one hour.
Please note: Tuesday, June 25th will be a special class tailored to children and families with ChildLight Yoga. There will be an alternate class led on the Stage Lawn for those without little monkeys.
Symmetry will be there on June 25th leading class on the stage lawn!
